经过二重职工20多天的艰苦努力，大型成台套燃气轮机缸体铸造模型近日在铸造分厂模型车间一次性制模成功，这是二重适应新能源战略取得的又一阶段性重要成果。大型燃气轮机是海上巨轮和城市电力调峰的动力设备，其缸体也是机组中最大、最重的主要部件（由压气机、透平缸、燃烧室组成）。由于该产品轮廓尺寸大，几何形状复杂，设计难度、加工精度和钢水冶炼精度要求高，生产周期短，给模型制造带来了很大难度和风险。为打造具有自主知识产权的大型巨轮动力设备品牌，形成规模化、批量化建设我国城市清洁能源装备的能力，二重人攻克了大型燃气轮机铸件特殊钢水凝固过程的控制，浇注系统的设计、组装焊接次序、热处理、加工工艺等一道道技术难关，最终形成了一整套工艺方案，为顺利完成铸造模型制造提供了技术支持。
