产品模型的制作方法

 1、脱蜡法：先利用石蜡制作一个产品模型，在产品模型上粘一个石蜡棒（将来的浇注口，简称浇注口棒）。再手提“浇注口棒”，在纸盒中用调制好的“石膏浆”浇注，20分钟后，去掉纸盒放进100度开水锅中“沸煮”30分钟，让蜡全部煮出。捞出后烘干或晒干，这样，一个模具就“制造成功了”。然后，将加热熔化的塑料，从浇注口灌满，冷却、开模。这样，一个光洁度大三化七的“产品模型就制作完成了”。
    2、拷贝法：（以制作易手为例）。先把自己手均匀涂上一层厚厚的“洗洁净”，把调治好的“有机硅模具胶”涂到手上，每十分钟涂一遍共涂三遍。两个小时后，你就可以脱下一个“厚厚的手模具”，他的耐温达300度C。浇注塑料后凝固后，可以脱下模具。一个“手的产品模型”就成功了！现在，很多企业用该方法制造“人体器官模型”或“新产品”，网上泛滥成灾。
