在快速原型技术的消防栓盖铸造模型基础上制作的工艺研究

通过LOM的（分层实体制造）是分层实体制造或分层快速原型铸造模型制造过程中所涵盖的样本消防栓实体。而不是沙子种木块铸造模型铸造生产。基本过程：首先用UG软件三维铸造模型的建立样本，并转换为STL数据格式，然后将其转移到实体铸造模型数据的HRP -Ⅲ快速成型机（武汉东湖机电科技实业有限公司），通过其特殊的节配备软件设置激光能量大小，激光参数，如速度和加速度铸造模型的形状。形成了由简单的表面处理，然后用特殊涂料喷涂完成样品的最终样品。大大提高了样品表面，机械强度，耐磨性和防潮性等性能。和传统手工铸造模型工艺相比的过程后，才进行手工处理的需要，其他的自动执行所有的处理，高速，高精确度，提高了产品质量。
